Responsibilities_

Use strong floor management skills to manage he daytoday operations of the store and drive sales.

- train and coach educators on product education and ensure an intentional customer experience.

Ensure sales targets and business metrics are met.
Lead by example and deliver exceptional, intentional customer service.
Ensure store meets and adheres to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
Enforce all company policies and programs, ensuring compliance.
Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislations.
Complete tasks as assigned by the store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications_

High school diploma.
Good communication skills and easy going.
Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
You are passionate about cannabis and are excited to bring it to market for recreational purposes
You are open to feedback and coaching
You demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
You are trustworthy and customeroriented
Bonus points if you've worked in a regulated environment before

Must have Cannabis Handling and Retail experience._

This job location in Waterdown, ON. Applicant Must be able to commute there and have their own car._

Minimum age 19 years old or age as specified by the provincial government
Able to lift boxes 530 lbs
Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties
Can Sell certification required
Criminal background check required
