Hiring Unit:
Schulich School of Music Student Services


Position Summary:

  • Under the supervision of the Student Services Manager, develop communications plans for projects, initiatives, and events for current Schulich School of Music students, e.g., important dates, student dropin hours, student resources, Orientation, Peer Mentorship Program and Well-Com Fair and wellness initiatives.
  • Write clear and concise copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Design and produce graphic assets, including images, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Student Affairs, Graduate Studies and C&P to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, French an asset.- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work independently and as part of a team.- Graphic design skills and knowledge of tools for graphic design.

Attention to detail required to prepare documents that are consistently of the highest quality in terms of content, format, and design- Preference given to a currently registered Schulich School of Music student- 1 Year Related Experience
