Siemens EnergyTransmission services provides covers a comprehensive service portfolioincluding packaging turnkey installation and commissioning, repair,refurbishment and spares for OEM and non-OEM power transformers.

In addition wesupply spare parts for both AIG and GIS installed base

The FSS is responsible for the successful execution of projectsand supervising, both technically and administratively, crew members andassigned contractor(s) and is expected to take decisive and/or correctiveaction for the well-being of the crew, environment, project, customer, and/ororganization as a whole.

The FSS reportsto the SV Operations Manager and is expected to have effective communicationregarding resource loading, scheduling, forecasting, personnel, and equipmentutilization.

Effective communicationwith the operations and project team is required. The FSS role often requires extensive traveland non-standard schedules at customer field locations with exposure to varyingenvironmental conditions.

How You'll Make anImpact
TheField Service Supervisor will maintain and foster customer relationships,mentor and provide leadership to the field service team.

TheField Service Supervisor will provide technical leadership and mentorship tothe field teams.

What You Bring

Strongmechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools and their functions.
Must be able to read andinterpret documents such as safety rule, operating and maintenance instruction,and procedure manuals.
