With your management expertise in the manufacturing environment, you will be able to coordinate and optimize key resources and processes related to our products from design to production.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

Plan, follow and control all activities to ensure an efficient and complete production by monitoring performance indicators
Coordinate, support and mobilize your team to ensure the achievement of objectives and good cohesion between members
Ensure the development of the team and each team member
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
Actively participate in the resolution of technical issues
Ensure proper documentation of project execution steps and in line with the product development process formalized in the organization's quality system

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
5 years experience in a relevant position in a manufacturing company
Any other combination of education and relevant experience could be considered
Good knowledge of machining processes and blueprint reading
Strong ability to mobilize and develop a work team
Ability to organize, prioritize and control work
Good communication skills
