IATA Financial Gateway (IFG), a universal payment orchestration solution allowing the industry travel suppliers to manage and to optimize their different sales payment processes through a single and global platform.

NDCLink is used to facilitate reporting of Airline agency NDC sales to IATA BSP. TASF is a service supporting Travel Agents to collect service fees for the ticket sales. iiNet is the industry data exchange platform.

What your day would be like


You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Development and Planning and you will be responsible for product development and change management processes of information systems in the portfolio.

You will coordinate processes including business requirements, functional specifications, design, documentation, vendor, QA and release management processes.
You will be instrumental in software development, testing and QA activities.
Maintain up-to-date the change logs, specifications, cases, and plans with development, support and delivery teams.
Coordinate knowledge sharing among the team of the portfolio including product development, delivery, support and implementation teams.

Collaborate with partners, payment providers and IATA internal teams to ensure the optimal evolution of the portfolio for the market needs.


Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience.
Understanding of business process modelling with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience in software development / quality control, business analysis and/or product development
Organized and detail-oriented with experience of work in project environments and with software development companies / teams.
Solid PC skills, proficient in MS Office, XML, API, JSON, and data management.
Knowledge of airline settlement process and payment systems is a plus.
