Position Summary:

Supervise all functional and staff related activities within Order Fill, Receiving, Inventory, Consolidation, and Warehouse.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Controls costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction in ontime delivery and quality
  • Implement and drive department goals in support of annual key results
  • Liaise and collaborate with other key stakeholder as well as ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements and company policies including but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Export Compliance, QA management / procedures and HS&E
  • Monitor, drive and lead the teams and daily activities as relates to managing a Warehouse
  • Initiates personnel actions for approval by management
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 4-6 years of related work experience
  • 13 years of supervisory experience
  • Current valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain
  • Inventory management and process optimization
  • Experience operating material handling equipment
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to solve complex issues
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in very fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Education:Bachelor's Degree - related field of study

  • 4-6 years of related work experience
  • 13 year's of supervisory experience, global cross functional environment, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain
