Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer/Operator to join our team.

As a Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing various construction tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers
• Perform horizontal drilling, digging, paving, and building tasks
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment operation
• Previous experience operating backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers
• Proficiency in horizontal drilling techniques
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent problemsolving skills

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
