- This role is expected to be $100K/year (commission based)
- Some travel is expected
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Creating compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement
- Utilizing market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Remaining informed about industry developments and market trends to inform decision-making
- 5+ years of proven Sales experience with a drive to exceed expectations
- A presence or energy that captures immediate attention
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including strong active listening skills
- Can adapt to changing circumstances or challenging situations using well developed problem solving skills and remain accountable to decisions
- Ability to travel within Western Canada
- This position is based in Lethbridge, AB. Successful candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the Lethbridge area
