- 8+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture and development, including problem definition, visualization, modeling, analysis, and presentation.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering technology solutions, with a practical understanding of architectural principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern software development and architecture practices, including experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Proven track record of improving architecture and engineering practices across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Passion for staying current with technology trends and developments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successful execution.
- Ability to act as a change agent, leading organizational change in matters that require a significant shift in thought and behavior.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Risk & Total Fund Management Technology, you will work closely with technology teams supporting Investment Risk, Total Fund Portfolio Management, Investment Accounting, and Performance Management, as well as with Business Product Owners, Technology Area Leads, and Senior Management.
