AUTO PARTS COUNTER PERSON
We are looking for an inside sales professional for a full-time role of
AUTO
PARTS
COUNTER PERSON at Partners power.
Duties & Responsibilities of an Auto Parts Counter Person Include:
- Determining customer needs
- Providing professional and accurate customer service
- Serving retail customers by providing quotes and processing parts orders for telephone, electronic and overthecounter sales
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
- Preparing customer orders and handle product returns
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar inside sales role
- Capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use various computer programs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$16.50-$20.00 per hour
