The Opportunity


The Investment Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting our product marketing programs to promote Fidelity's products and services to advisors.

As a member of the Investment Marketing team, you will help grow our Assets Under Management (AUM) by contributing to one or more strategic marketing initiatives such as Continuing Education Credits, Events, and Sales Enablement Library within the Investment Marketing team.

What You Will Do- Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager, Investment Marketing- Partner with Product Research, other Marketing groups and Sales to create and maintain various sales enablement collateral for advisor audience- Support marketing projects for cross functional teams such as Sales, Client Services and National Accounts- Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards- Support Continuing Education program: Preparing course outlines for regulatory accreditation and maintaining content library

Skills and Knowledge- Knowledge of the financial services industry is an asset- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with supervision from Manager to ensure compliance requirements are maintained- Familiarity with content management platforms (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is an asset)

What We're Looking For- University Degree (Bachelor Degree) or equivalent work experience- Minimum undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field- Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization would be an asset
