Data Entry Assistant - Salesforce and Contract Management

Assist in transition of customer information into database (Salesforce)
Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
Enter information into the appropriate databases
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output
Adhere to established corporate and accounting department policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Qualities for Success

Ability to manage changing priorities
Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Salesforce experience would be a great asset
Knowledge of Excel
