The successful candidate
requires the ability to work as a team member with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

assists in reinforcement of American Sign Language (ASL) skills provides assistance and support to students within the integrated classroom and resource room settings (e.g.

clarifies verbal instructions, checks comprehension of class information, reviews and reinforces concepts) assists in implementing programming to individual or small groups of children under the direction of theteacher of the deaf, classroom teacher, speech/language pathologist or others (includes work on IEP goals) maintains detailed records of student progress and behaviour checks and troubleshoots students' amplification equipment administers medication following established procedures when required other duties when required Qualifications:
