Experienced Real Estate Attorney needed to draft documents for Legal Case

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced real estate attorney to support an active legal matter that involves complex property issues across multiple procedural stages.
The ideal candidate will be able to step into an ongoing dispute and produce clear, persuasive, and procedurally compliant filings.
The scope includes drafting and refining motions, appellate briefs, probate-related filings, and arbitration submissions tied to real property claims.You should be comfortable working from an existing factual record, identifying viable legal arguments, and structuring filings that meet court and forum rules.
This matter requires someone who understands how real estate issues intersect with litigation strategy.
We are looking for counsel who can analyze title history, ownership disputes, foreclosure or lien issues, probate property questions, and contractual rights, and translate those into strong written advocacy.
You will be expected to:
Review case materials and procedural history to determine the most effective legal posture
Draft motions and supporting memoranda that are legally sound and strategically focused
Prepare appellate briefs that preserve issues and follow jurisdictional formatting rules
Assist with probate filings where real property is part of the estate dispute
Draft arbitration statements and responses where property rights are at issue
Ensure all documents comply with applicable court or arbitration rules
The ideal candidate has:
Significant experience in real estate litigation, not just closings or leases
A strong background in motion practice and appellate writing
Familiarity with probate proceedings involving real property
Experience handling or supporting arbitration matters
Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to turn complex facts into persuasive arguments
The ability to work from limited supervision and meet deadlines
This is a drafting and strategy support role. Court appearance is not required unless separately agreed. Please include examples of similar litigation documents you have prepared and specify the jurisdictions you are most familiar with.
