Have you been told you're an upbeat person and (kind of) a superstar when it comes to interacting with people? If you're flexible, well-organized, and got some charisma, we want to talk to you about joining us at
FFUN Motorsports of Saskatoon as our part time Receptionist.

We are on the look-out for someone with an administrative background who understands data entry, tracking, and reporting functions, along with having the personality traits of confidence and an eagerness to learn.

A Day in the Life

Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and inperson
Prepare the daily bank deposit, stocks vehicles and provide administrative support
Complete website updates and maintain databases

A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for

Outstanding over the phone and inperson customer service skills
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multitasking skills
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Driver's license required
