BDO's Client & Market Intelligence practice and its services are designed to listen, analyze, and package objective market data and client insightâ"across a number of key industries and macroeconomic trendsâ"to complement BDO's business strategy, pursuit and delivery efforts.


Role Description
Furthermore, you'll be a part of supporting A.I. driven technology innovation programs that are advancing the way people use, interact with and consume data.

Working with a direct team of like-minded research specialists and creative talent, you'll have access to the collaborators, tools and technologies to advance tomorrow's best ideas.

The Client & Market Research Scientist reports into the Client & Market Intelligence Lead.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data to uncover insights, supporting strategic decisionmaking.
  • Clearly communicate analytical findings and business implications to stakeholders.
  • Gain insights into market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Engage in and contribute to innovation initiatives, exploring new data methodologies and technologies.
  • Produce and polish diverse communication materials to effectively convey data insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with business researchers and analysts across various disciplines, providing data expertise on key projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure project milestones are met, maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, taking initiative and coordinating effectively within project teams.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering datadriven perspectives to influence organizational direction.

Your experience and education
Bachelor's/Master
- 's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

  • 2+ years in data science or analytics with a solid analysis foundation.
  • Proficient in Python, R, and SQL for data management and analysis.
  • Experience in data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Excellent communicator of complex data insights in simple terms.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with priority for deadlines.
  • Selfdriven, detailoriented, delivering quality work under pressure.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills in diverse settings.
  • Adaptable to change, with a continuous learning and innovation mindset. French knowledge is a plus for bilingual communication.
