Inside Sales Rep - Mississauga, Canada - SIGMA CORPORATION

Description

Sigma and Omega is a manufacturer of commercial air conditioning equipment and water source heat pumps, primarily in the condo market.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for start-to-end project ownership from initiation of customer pricing activity to product release into manufacturing and accounting reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial quotations and sales orders.
• Managing communication and workflow between clients and internal teams in a timely and customerfocused manner.
• Manage order scheduling and releasing of orders into production.
• Identify any financial and management risks throughout the life of a project.
• Generate sales reports to the Sales Director.
• Perform financial reconciliation of all highprofile orders. Report any discrepancies to the financial team.
• Exercise fiduciary duties in the best financial and legal interest of our company including but not limited to proper documentation, followups, and filing/storage of key information.

• Experience in managing customer accounts.
• Previous work experience in HVAC industry preferred.
• Good technical communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Strong technical capabilities a plus with preference in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and MS Office skills.
• Financial background experience a plus.
• Problem solver and motivated.

• Minimum College Degree
• Degree in Technology, Engineering or Business preferred.
