Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
• Handle cash transactions, including operating the cash register, processing payments, and providing accurate change
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
• Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food items
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
