Description
We are looking for an
experienced Office Administration and Customer support employee who is seeking a long-term, secure position in a casual and fun work environment.
You must be reliable, hard working, honest, friendly,
highly detail oriented and professional.
The best fit for our small team would be someone with a positive outgoing attitude, self motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
Activities in your day would include:
- Learning and following all existing office systems precisely
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and contracts
- Processing payments
- Assisting other office staff and clients with bookings
- Helping with small "client pickup" orders
- Customer service and other administrative office duties
And you would:
- Be
extremely organized and detail oriented: - Be a fast learner and have the ability to take direction
- Be able to multitask in a fast paced office environment
- Have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Have excellent typing skills with computer skills including MS Word & Excel
- Be able to work with others as well as with mínimal supervision
- Have a high school diploma and previous office experience

Wage range based on experience, $20-25 per hour
Salary:
$48,000 to $50,000 /year
