Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role in our Kamloops manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for designing custom LV switchgear, MCC, control panels and similar automation solutions.

This is a position for an experienced electrical designer with direct experience in designing power distribution and motor control equipment who is looking to take on a leadership role within a growing organization.

QualificationsExtensive experience designing LV switchgear, motor control systems, VFD panels, and control panelsExperience designing busbar systemsExperience with CAE/CAD software, specifically Eplan P8/ProPanel and/or Fusion360Strong knowledge UL508A, UL891, UL845, CEC/NEC and similar electrical equipment codes and standardsEstimating experience in a systems integration/electrical equipment manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering specifications and translate them into compliant designs that meet specification and code requirements.
