Service Advisor to join the team at
Bolton Toyota

Have a clean drivers abstract and G license
Love meeting new people and helping to solve their problems
Have an understanding of the service operation in a dealership environment

Responsibilities:

Provide frontline customer service and sales for the Service Department
Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
Providing repair recommendations
Explaining the nature of repairs
Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
Scheduling appointments
Selling labour
Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications:

Service operation software experience
Experience as a service advisor in a dealership environment
An aptitude for customer relations/service
Strong communication skills
Ability to sell required maintenance
Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
