About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for contacting service customers to capture updated data and provide information on recommended maintenance and services

Specifically:
- contact customers to confirm appointments and update customer data
- answer inbound calls with customer inquiries
- perform outbound calling to customers to sell vehicle maintenance and repair
- schedule service appointments
- schedule sales appointments
- maintain, cleanse and update customer vehicle database.

About you.
- two (2) years experience in call centre or business development environment, with a focus on sales
- excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
- pleasant telephone manner
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
