Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales through prospecting leads
- Door knocking and flyer distribution
- Cold calling and follow ups
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for marketing materials
- Utilize ecommerce platforms to drive online sales
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content and social media channels
- Track and report on sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness
- Develop and manage the CRM program
Requirements:
- current real estate license or willing to obtain
- Fluent in English, urdu, hindi, punjabi
- Proficient in Google Analytics, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self driven and motivated
- Sales background is a plus
Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
