We are currently seeking Garden Centre Assistants for part-time and full-time positions to work seasonally starting in April 2024 (approximately).
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes having an enthusiastic and approachable attitude
- Unloading truckloads of trees
- Product placement around the Garden Centre
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Garden Centre
- Assisting customers with loading purchases into vehicles
- Watering, weeding, sweeping and restocking plant material
Qualifications:
- Physically fit
- Able to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
- Some heavy lifting required
- Gardening experience/knowledge is an asset but not a requirement
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour
