- Maintain accurate records and data entry in our CRM system, ensuring detail-oriented management of client information and interactions.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within a service-oriented industry, with a strong foundation in office administration.
- Exceptional english communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office responsibilities, including daily operations and maintenance tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
