We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience and helping us our business grow in Canada.


A Veseris Customer Service Specialist is:

  • Able and eager to contribute to Veseris' strategies and tactics.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced working environment, multitask and prioritize with mínimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to solve problems efficiently.

A Veseris Customer Service Specialists Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining strong customer and internal relationships, and communications.
  • Data entry and minor accounting functions to support customer orders.
  • Assists Key Account Mangers with inside sales support.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Coordinates daily outbound logistics with operational teams to fulfill customer orders.
  • Manages inventory stocking and forecasting through customer demand tools.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Keeping up with product and service information.
  • Assists with other project work as needed when assigned.

Requirements:


  • University degree or diploma in business or related field, or previous customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with pest management, agriculture or environmental sciences industries is considered an asset.
  • Selfmotivated, ability to work independently, and detail oriented.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, French is considered an important asset.
  • Proficient in or ability to learn Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
