Are you looking to join a expanding small business? We are continuing to grow and looking for a Functional Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer to join our small team


We are a boutique-style fitness facility that specializes in cultivating a fun, rewarding atmosphere to help all our clients get the most out of their fitness and lives.

We take our role as health and wellness educators very seriously and are only looking for positive, caring, like-minded individuals who genuinely care about helping others as much as we do.

Previous experience coaching CrossFit not necessarily needed but it is an asset.


Requirements:


  • Be personable, engaging and have the ability to convey expertise to others
  • Strong leadership and relationship skills, with the ability to motivate and influence people
  • Coaching Group Strength and Conditioning Classes (preference to CrossFit Coaches)
  • Personal Training
  • Team and Small Group Training
  • Promote and exemplify DeltaTrain mission & core values and support the development of the business
  • Recognized Personal Training Certification or minimum CrossFit Level 1 Certification
  • Valid First Aid / AED / CPR certification
  • Minimum of oneyear personal training/coaching experience
  • Customer service and sales experience an asset
  • Experience in writing strength and conditioning programs

Growth and Opportunity

  • Leadership of specialty programs & services (nutrition coaching, gymnastics, etc.)
  • Member consultations and goal setting sessions
Hours: 5-15 per week


Job Types:
Part-time, Contract, Permanent


Salary:
$25-40/hour
