Duties:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize social media content for search engines
• Design graphics and visuals using tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva
• Schedule and publish social media posts using platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
• Strong understanding of advertising principles and ecommerce strategies
• Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools like Google Analytics
• Experience using social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
