JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: 974 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of new and existing accounts.
- Support Sales process with management to identify and engage with potential clients and build relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Prepare quotations, working with estimations and management. Collaborate with the account management team to create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
- Manage and monitor the full cycle of projects; provide ongoing and responsive communication between all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with all internal departments ensuring that accuracy, tracking, and the utmost in customer satisfaction is provided.
- Follow the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, and new revenue streams within existing customers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals with assigned clients
- Continual and proactive communications with clients and senior management throughout the bidding portion of potential projects.
- Work collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust, and mutual respect.
- Maintain and build extensive product knowledge generally and specific to clients' programs.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and sales plans.
- Leverage industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics, and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships with customers with a focus on solutions.
- Support Commercial Director to develop new client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education or equivalent experience, technical college training is a plus
- Experience in sales and estimation is an asset.
- Experience in Cosmetics is an asset.
- Proven track record of success in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with toplevel stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a technical mindset.
- Energetic, organized, and selfmotivated individuals with a teamoriented mindset
- Highly experienced in MS Office (Word, Project, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook).
- Ability to read drawings, knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an asset.
- Some Travel required

$75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
