Here's what we are looking for
YOU
- Monitor and manage parts inventory
- Receive, label and store incoming parts
- Provide parts to service writer and mechanics for repairs and maintenance
- Build strong business relationships with customers and suppliers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Update floor displays and inventory per season
- Ensure price matrixes are up to date
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
US
- Love the powersports industry and what it has to offer
- Experience with both dealer specific and aftermarket parts

YOU WILL
- Have experience in a DMS system
- Maintain a parts inventory as per company policy
- Centralize interdepartment purchasing through his/her/their department
- Establish security procedures for the parts inventory
- Establish customer relations to attract overthecounter sales
- Provide fast and efficient service to the service department with precedent for "over the counter" customers
- Maintain a reasonable level of inventory for shop
- Keep abreast of the prices of parts and to identify all parts with a current price
- Explore vendors and obtain best source of supply
- Be aware of the return of warranty parts
- Establish procedures for accurate paper work flow
- Verify that all billing is invoiced and that merchandise is received without overage, shortage, or damage
- Maintain good housekeeping and efficient record system
- Check vendor websites daily to check for any new sales promotions or recalls.
- Manage inventory returns in an organized and timely manner
