Here's what we are looking for


YOU

• Monitor and manage parts inventory
• Receive, label and store incoming parts
• Provide parts to service writer and mechanics for repairs and maintenance
• Build strong business relationships with customers and suppliers
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Update floor displays and inventory per season
• Ensure price matrixes are up to date
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills

US

• Love the powersports industry and what it has to offer
• Experience with both dealer specific and aftermarket parts

YOU WILL

• Have experience in a DMS system
• Maintain a parts inventory as per company policy
• Centralize interdepartment purchasing through his/her/their department
• Establish security procedures for the parts inventory
• Establish customer relations to attract overthecounter sales
• Provide fast and efficient service to the service department with precedent for "over the counter" customers
• Maintain a reasonable level of inventory for shop
• Keep abreast of the prices of parts and to identify all parts with a current price
• Explore vendors and obtain best source of supply
• Be aware of the return of warranty parts
• Establish procedures for accurate paper work flow
• Verify that all billing is invoiced and that merchandise is received without overage, shortage, or damage
• Maintain good housekeeping and efficient record system
• Check vendor websites daily to check for any new sales promotions or recalls.
• Manage inventory returns in an organized and timely manner
