• Inspect completed projects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Train and manage new employees on proper safety procedures and techniques.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
