Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our training courses to individuals and organizations, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records in our customer database.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in selling training courses or related products/services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to listen actively and understand the needs and concerns of potential customers.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to persuade and influence customers, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Deep knowledge of our training courses and the ability to explain their features and benefits.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a commission-based compensation plan.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
