The Ideal JCC Chai Sports Administrator:

At your core, you're a superb
community connector and efficient, well-organized administrator with a strong flair for helping people and providing exceptional customer service.

Jewish culture, traditions, and a connection to Israel are part of your knowledge and experience and evident in your passionate and friendly interactions.

You have a passion for sports and knowledge of liaising with leagues, coaches and sports governing bodies.

You are also able to work
flexible full-time hours (Mon - Thurs - mix of 9am-5 pm and 12pm-8 pm shifts; Friday 9am-5:00 pm).

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Customer Service and Community Relations

Deliver friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable customer service at all times.
Be a positive frontline ambassador for
JCC Chai Sports and the
SRC/PJCC.
Maintain active and friendly correspondence with
JCC Chai Sports families on all matters, including but not limited to registration, logistics and programming updates.
Proactively call past participants to fill spots.
Visit game sites occasionally to build relationships with coaches, parents and participants.
Ensure that J values are infused in all communication, and daily operations of department.
Participate in Jwide programs and community events.

Marketing and Promotion:

Assist the
JCC Chai Sports team with web, social networks and video sharing sites to ensure accuracy and relevant updated information.

Administration and General Tasks

Maintain efficient and organized registration system and participant database.
Ensure all leaguerelated contracts and documents, and staff and volunteer contracts and documents are processed and organized in the required time frames.
Sort and distribute team apparel.
Pump soccer and basketballs.
Complete weekly team stats and post weekly.
Assist with logistics of
JCC Chai Sports events.
Monitor equipment cage weekly and ensure equipment cage is kept neat and tidy and equipment is in good working order.
