Your Role:


As the Marketing Manager, Fertility, you will develop keen therapeutic knowledge and a keen understanding of patient journeys, needs of prescribers/HCPs and other external stakeholders, market and clinic structure, and competitive dynamics in the Fertility therapeutic area.

You will be responsible for facilitating the development of the Brand Plan for the portfolio of products within the Fertility Therapeutic Area/Business Unit, with guidance, support and direction from the Business Unit Head (BUH), in order to support an integrated, cross-functional approach to brand strategy and tactical plan creation and you will be accountable for the effective execution of marketing tactics as outlined in the Brand Plan to support achievement of brand strategy and goals.


You will provide budgetary inputs to the BUH, and effectively manage budgets under your control and lead the day-to-day management of agency partners and are encouraged to benchmark internal tactics, initiatives and capabilities within the franchise in order to develop innovative marketing approaches across multi-channels.

You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure effective tactical execution, relaying customer-level feedback from the sales team to the BUH and other functional leads to further inform and refine strategies.

You will also co-lead the development and execution of strategic and actional POA meetings, in cooperation with Sales and Medical leadership.

This is a single incumbent role.

Who You Are:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
  • You are fluent in English
  • Minimum 35 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • French language as an asset
  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • You have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, flexible team environment and are selfsufficient and selfmotivated
  • You have a strong analytical ability with experience with IQVIA data and CRM platforms
  • You are a strong communicator, both oral and written and are selfaware and able to work within a team
