What You Will Do
We are looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager to join our Corporate/Human Resources Team


The Global Total Rewards Manager contributes to the success of Spaulding Ridge through effective and innovative leadership in strategic benefit and compensation initiatives.

The Global Total Rewards Manager will develop and deliver strategic benefit and compensation solutions, programs, processes and polices to support our global population and business objectives.


  • Create, support, and educate others on benefit and compensation guidelines for base pay programs, executive reward, performance management, market reviews, job descriptions, compensation analysis, and salary surveys.
  • Develop and maintain compensation structure and programs, retention schemes, conduct benchmarking and evaluate new positions to determine grade assignments and conduct compression analyses.
  • Lead and deliver the semiannual compensation review process and ensure the integrity of compensation structure data in the HR system to support compensation data analytics. Prepare annual compensation review process materials, systems, and reporting.
  • Partner with our external Benefits and Tax advisors as well as our Finance, Payroll and HRBP teams to develop recommendations to benefit and salary structures in response to changing organizational needs, market trends, legislative action, and financial parameters.
  • Stay current and ensure all laws and regulations are followed and the company remains compliant.
  • Provide benefit and compensation related communications and education to HR, leaders, and employees.
  • Support resolution to employee questions and concerns regarding benefits and compensation, in collaboration with payroll, benefit and HRBP teams
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Global Total Rewards reporting and data analysis.
  • Assist with benefit and compensation administration through internal and external HR systems.

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of global regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Strong leadership including ability to partner with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field and six years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits & compensation.
  • Experience working in Technology or Management Consulting supporting multiple business units.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred.
