The Opportunity:


Reporting to the CEO, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and our Langley, BC HQ or, from any of our regional locations throughout British Columbia or Alberta.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and jumping in where needed while bringing industry best practices to help us create a Category of One experience for our clients.

We are looking forward to growing this person into a key leader for our business as we strategically and sustainably build this team.


Accountabilities

Product Management:

  • Meet with users and other stakeholders to understand product requirements
  • Define, shape and manage the product roadmap
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, bring the product to life from concept to delivery
  • Act as the link between technology, business and customer experience.
  • Foster an environment of open communication that ensures clarity and agreement among all stakeholders
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend solutions to extend product functionality.
  • Partner with our BizDev and Client Success team to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to drive sales of the product
  • Create regular reports to capture priorities to ensure effective allocation of resources and provide the necessary focus on current challenges
Scrum Master

  • Standardize and coach our team on Agile processes
  • Break down work into clear sprint objectives with clear outcomes
  • Facilitate the Scrum Events (planning, review, sprint demos, standups)
  • Lead retrospectives for both delivered software and operational improvements, identifying new continuous improvement steps with internal and thirdparty teams
  • Have completed Bachelor studies or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Be a certified Scrum Master with relevant experience working as a Scrum Master for a Software Team
  • Have a thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
  • Be an excellent team player and understand team dynamics
  • Be able to show good problemsolving, process improvement, and analytical skills, along with interpersonal skills
  • Can understand technical issues at a high level
  • Have superb communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Can coach the team to reach their highest potential
