The Global Sports Marketing and Partnerships team is responsible for creating and executing athlete and partnership strategies in line with business goals and strategic priorities.

We bring our brand and product to life for our guests.

The Manager, Global Sports Marketing & Partnerships Product (7 month contract) eats, sleeps and breathes product and relationship.

They will work with our athletes, athlete managers, partners, the regions, and cross-functional product teams to bring product moments to life that inspire our guest and support the global growth of the brand.


a day in the life:
what you'll do

  • You oversee the strategy and execution of product for our global ambassador program including elite athletes and other strategic partnerships priorities
  • You oversee the strategy and implementation of elevated graphics, as well as the product process from nuts to bolts overseeing buys, product planning,tracking, DC prioritization, arrival and customization through to delivery
  • You drive the planning and operational process including standard operating procedures, briefins, signoffs and program strategy to ensure success
  • You manage the budget and track results in partnership with global sports marketing and PR to continue to evolve practices to optimize outcomes and defined KPIs
  • You work highly crossfunctionally with athlete managers, athlete operations, merchandising, planning, DCs and global logistics
qualifications

  • 57 years of experience in technical product at a global brand
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Experience managing and tracking budgets
  • Experience in RMS and product order/delivery systems
  • Strong Experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; experience in Microsoft Illustrator is an asset
