Your Role
As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a hands-on, visible role in maintaining the building's physical condition, safety, and overall presentation.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for responding to resident service requests, completing preventative maintenance, and ensuring vacant suites are prepared to Greystar standards for new move-ins.
Your work will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs in compliance with safety standards and building codes, and coordinating with vendors when required.
You will also contribute to maintaining common areas, amenities, and exterior grounds, ensuring the property consistently reflects a high standard of care.

CompensationExpected base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
