Service Administrator/invoicing - Maple, Canada - Mid-Ontario Truck Centre

Summary
The Service Invoicer is to support all of the functions related to the day-to-day activities in a Truck Service Shop and provides support to the service advisor as required.
Truck or Automotive mechanical knowledge is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Time tracking preparation.
- Parts ordering.
- Track work orders.
- Closing work orders after manager direction / approval.
- Minor scheduling if manager is not available.
- Liaison between customers / contractors and Mid-Ontario.
- Purchase order creation, filing and reporting.
- Billing preparation.
- Supply ordering / maintenance records.
- Data Entry / tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and cooperate with all company employees in both a professional and amicable manner.
- Comply with requirements as outlined in the OHSA, WHMIS company handbook and all other company issued memos and policies including proper use of appropriate PPE. Follow business code of ethics and communicate to team.
Qualification Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required to successfully perform the job.

Education and/or experience_
- Knowledge of heavy truck repair or servicing an asset.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excel, Word and Windows based software.
- OSSD, GED or ACE
Language Skills_
- High standard of fluency in English for both oral and written correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations.
Mathematical Skills_

Reasoning Ability_
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to follow complex, multilevel procedures, policies and document data.
Certificate, Licenses, Registrations_
- Valid Class G driver's license
Physical Demands
