Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and register every new prospective purchaser with a welcoming smile.
  • Assist with phone campaigns to prospective purchasers and realtors.
  • Provide an overview of the development, floorplans, finishes, and availability as needed.
  • Tour prospective purchasers through the Presentation Centre, highlighting all features and benefits of the homes.
  • Introduce prospective purchasers to the Sales Manager or Senior Sales Associate.
  • Place signage and balloons in designated locations as directed by Marketing, and ensure removal at the end of Presentation Centre hours.
  • Maintain the Presentation Centre in an immaculate and presentable condition at all times.
  • Manage brochure and insert supplies, ensuring availability for prospective purchasers.
  • Prepare Daily Traffic Reports.
  • Administer sales contracts using Avesdo, our cloudbased contract management system.
  • Keep prospect profiles up to date in Lasso or Spark.
  • Send deposit reminders to buyers, collect and record payments, and courier deposits to the Vendor's lawyers.
  • Liaise with Vendor's lawyers to provide deposits, contract copies, and other requested items.
  • Assist the Sales Manager, Managing Broker, and Sales Associates with other administrative activities as required.

Requirements:


  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Passion for all aspects of real estate.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps
  • Familiarity with Lasso, Spark & Avesdo preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven timemanagement skills while working under pressure.
  • Outgoing and personable attitude.

Contract length: 6-12 months

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
