Your Role at Baxter

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of contracts for region respective customers
Accountable for the development of contractual verbiage
Responsible for the accurate and timely notification of pricing and eligibility to customers
Assist all levels of stakeholders with the strategic management of the Contract Calendar taking into the account the national perspective
Act as Project Manager in all contract resigns, RFP's, and RFI's for the region
Execute and manage contract process (new, renewals, capital, consumables, lease, quotes, extensions)
Ensure full compliance with Baxter procedures and all applicable laws, regulations and standards
Engage in terms/conditions negotiations internally and externally to support Sales and ensure Baxter's interests are well defended and processes are followed

What you'll bring

University Degree in Business Administration, contracts specialty or related field
2+ years of related experience, healthcare preferred
Experience in contract, pricing and sales support RFP management
Professional Designation: PMP, CAPM, or APMP

Nice to have

Bilingual both English and French
JD Edwards and Cognos experience
