Commercial Insurance Sales Coordinator
As a Commercial Insurance Sales Coordinator, you will support most administrative functions for the sales team, including weekly reports.


Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Creating policy documents, new business packages, loss payable certificates, and invoices
  • Supporting client transition from the sales team to the service team
  • You will partner with sales team and underwriting department on new business submissions
  • Follow up on client accounts to support resolving outstanding activities
  • Continuous learning through product knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements to support business needs
  • Provide weekly reports including internal metrics and accounts receivable tracking

The value you bring

  • Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once
  • General Insurance Level 1 License is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Hours:
Full-time / 37.5 hour/week


Location:
Winnipeg, MB


Salary range:
$37,800 - $55,000
