• Develop proposal outlines and timelines to ensure timely completion
• Review and proofread proposals for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
• Format proposals using word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
• Create visual aids and diagrams using software such as Visio
• Maintain a library of proposal templates, past proposals, and supporting documents
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Proposal Writer or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
• Familiarity with proofreading techniques and best practices
• Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics
• Experience using software such as Visio for creating visual aids is a plus
