As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our National Sales team as a National Account Coordinator.


The National Account Coordinator will support the National Sales team for new and existing business on a large volume scale.


Responsibilities:


  • New Account Setup for large portfolios (National
  • Coast to Coast)
  • Billing Setup
  • CRM data management
  • Document management
  • Assist with Account transitions from new and existing business
  • Prepare large scale spreadsheets for analysis on sales opportunities
  • Implement sales opportunities for new and existing business
  • Coordinate with Procurement through the RFQ process

Requirements:


  • 35 years of previous experience working as a National Account Coordinator or directly related role
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Direct day to day experience using excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to independently problem solve
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Expertise in efficient time management and strategic prioritization
