We are recruiting for full time AV Technicians to join our growing team If you have experience with event set up, tear down, audio/visual and lighting experience then we'd like to hear from you


Position Overview

  • Advanced set up and operation of large and smallscale audio/visual systems with audio, video, projection, computers, lighting, or rigging for live events while ensuring the utmost in client satisfaction.
  • General AV Tech experience in loading and unloading trucks, event set ups, tear downs, facilitating smooth client experiences, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Responsible for accurate setup and efficient operation of advanced equipment with specialty skills in the following areas: Audio, Video, Projection, Computers, Lighting and Rigging.
  • Following safety regulations for all venues. Maintaining cleanliness and precision in all tasks executed both in the warehouse and at all venues.
  • Meets and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers. Provide outstanding customer service by establishing excellent working relationships with clients, and has proactive nature to identify any gaps.
  • Perform advance work with Project Managers. Supervise, and direct other technicians during an event, if necessary. Must be comfortable in setting up large or small scale PA systems, microphones, running cables, working with lighting elements, testing and operating AV equipment.
  • Assist team with proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment.

Required Skills:


  • Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge to set up and operate various audiovisual Equipment
  • Electrical knowledge to install and configure audiovisual systems
  • Familiarity with different types of audiovisual equipment and their functions
  • Attention to detail to ensure proper functioning of audiovisual systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
  • Able to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience with project management of multiple tasks/initiatives
  • Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with event organizers and presenters.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and initiative for tasks assigned
  • Portrays a polished professional image to meet company dress code requirements
  • Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends
  • Must have own transportation with G Class License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50lbs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Holidays
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Audio Visual: 2 years (required)

  • Resolume: 1 year (preferred)
  • Live events: 2 years (preferred)
  • Line array system: 2 years (preferred)
