Job summary
We are launching a NYC pilot to offer scheduled pickup via SMS for existing customers.This is an internal MVP serving our customers only.
No mobile app. No consumer marketplace. No overengineering.
The goal is a reliable, simple SMS based workflow that lets customers select a pickup time and receive confirmations and updates.
