Description
As a Project Coordinator / Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries while also playing a vital role in coordinating various projects within the organization


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and project plans.
  • Identifying and addressing potential project issues and risks.
  • Providing regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders on project progress.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive support.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and inquiries.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer support and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.
  • Problemsolving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management tools and customer support software.
