Description
As a Project Coordinator / Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries while also playing a vital role in coordinating various projects within the organizationYour responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and project plans.
- Identifying and addressing potential project issues and risks.
- Providing regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders on project progress.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive support.
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in project management tools and customer support software.
