Description

Malone's Taphouse is looking to expand our amazing team In this dynamic role, we're looking for someone who can manage the floor occasionally, serve a section and assist at the bar as required.

Experience working in a similar type of establishment (pub/bar/sports bar/taphouse/etc) is a big plus.

Must Have

Experience Needed

4 + Years as a Floor Manager
4+ Years as a Bartender
4 + Years as a Server

Or a combination of the 3 within a 4 year span.

Open availability on Sundays and Mondays is a MUST

Bartender

Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks consistent with our standard drink recipes in a timely manner.
Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the POS system.
Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make changes (if applicable).
Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and appetizers for bar patrons.
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to AGM/GM.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the BAR as directed by the AGM/GM
General cleaning duties.
Other bar tasks as required by management or leadership

Server

Adequate knowledge of beer and spirits is very important
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Experience working in a similar, fastpaced environment such as ours
Ability to multitask and prioritize, catering to customer's needs
Engaging in a customer first environment
Ability to work well with others in a team setting

Floor Manager

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Supervises daytoday function of all employees, facilities, sales, and costs
Controls and analyses, on an ongoing basis, the following: guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Ensures optimal service is being provided while maximizing profit potential
Ensures enough staff on at all times to provide fast, effective service, generating the maximum possible revenue
