Thank God for providing WFGMC with a family-like atmosphere church.

Now there are services in two languages:
Mandarin and English.


Church Mission:
We are God's people, empowered by the Holy Spirit to preach and practice the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are authorized by the Holy Spirit and rely on the Holy Spirit to share stories of how Jesus Christ transforms lives, making disciples of all nations for the glory of God.

We have a special burden for sharing the gospel with Chinese and Southeast Asian communities.


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Devote oneself to preaching according to the vision given by the Holy Spirit.
• Be passionate about pastoral care and prayer ministry.
• Disciple training and congregational counseling.
• Teach God's Word on Sunday service.
• Lead the board of members.
• Provide guidance for fellowship and small group meetings.
• Agree with this church's statement of faith and theological position.
• Outstanding leadership ability and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Special concern for lost souls, enthusiastic about local and global Gospel outreach ministries.
• Have a good personal testimony led by the Holy Spirit.
• Gifts and experience in pastoral care, governance, preaching, evangelism, and disciple training Leadership.
• Have a vision and plan for the development of the church from the vision given by the Holy Spirit.
• Willing devote themselves wholeheartedly to the church rather than simply as a job.
• Plan to work fulltime and serve longterm in Windsor.
• Have better English and Chinese communication skills.
• Have a theological degree or plan to obtain one in the short term.
