Description

Respond effectively to alarms and assist with client requests

Complete foot floor patrols of residential buildings as well as underground garages
Ability to maintain and enforce access control procedures
Solid understanding of emergency and standard operating procedures
Deal with trespassers and unauthorized persons found on the property, in a fair and safe manner, by enforcing the Trespass to Property Act
Deescalate emergency/crisis situations
Assist emergency and law enforcement personnel
Access control, line management, customer service
Assist with daily operations as needed/required or directed
Other duties as outlined by management

Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security License
Must be fully vaccinated (Covid19 policy in effect)
Postsecondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g. law enforcement) preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multitasking, use of timelines and time management techniques
High level of personal integrity
Strong work ethic
Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations
Confident, consistent decisive personality
Must be able to work with little supervision; must be selfdirected

Shifts:

Day Shift (12 pm5 pm)

Monday

Friday
25 hours/week.
